Bush Approval Ratings Keep Dropping

Two new polls, the Newsweek and CBS News/New York Times Poll show that the Bush approval numbers keep falling from their victory-lap, Top Gun highs. In both polls, taken while Bush was getting and signing his tax cut giveaway, his numbers are heading back to pre-war levels.
