During the time leading up to the vote for the Iraq Resolution in October 2002, it sometimes was extremely hard to keep up with the Bush administration in the reasons we needed to go to war. It seemed that that every week there was a new excuse. Well, it wasn't quite that often, but nevertheless there were a whole bunch of excuses for the war. A study shows that from Sept 2001 to Oct 2002, the Bush administration floated 27 different reasons for why we needed to go to war against Iraq. So it wasn't quite one excuse every week, it was only one every other week. No wonder it is hard to say why the Bush administration could not wait to go to war and how it is that we find ourselves in this quagmire today.

Time for your thoughts.
