No Fourth of July Celebration in Bahrain

Wasn't Bahrain one of our useful Middle Eastern allies? Considering that it is the base for the US 5th Fleet, it is definitely not a good sign that the US is calling off the 4th of July events and evacuating all non-essential personnel and the family members of the troops stationed in Bahrain.

The fallout from Bush's war on terrorism continues to roil the Middle East. Eventually, the only "safe" place for Americans in the Middle East will be in that huge embassy fortress the Bushies bought with our tax dollars and the blood and bodies of our troops.

Great job in reducing the threat of terrorism, George. At this rate, instead of a few thousand enemies, we will only have to worry about millions, if not billions of people angry with the US.
