The CIA's man in Baghdad shows how hard it is for a leopard to change his spots. Sure, killing suspected foreign insurgents execution-style will seem normal to Iraqis who are used to Saddam. And yes, many of us in this country would like to have had the opportunity to do the same to Al Qaeda members after 9/11, especially if we lost family or friends in the attack. But to take on the role of judge, jury, and executioner with the full support and security coverage of the US Special Forces and contractors who accompany him will only ensure that our own troops when captured will face the same fate.
