Here's a Happy Thanksgiving to you all. One of the things I'm thankful for is having a virtual community that shares my dream for a better world. A world where we participate together in a viable and dynamic democracy which we would use to work together to solve some of our bigger problems: preparing for and mitigating global warming, providing a decent education for all our kids, supporting policies that create good jobs with fair pay, making sure everyone has healthcare and enough to eat, respecting the value of every human being and valuing and caring for the world with which we are blessed. It is a boon to have so many fine minds with whom share these goals and great ideas for making them so.
