Dean Wins Backing Of State Party Chairs And Vice Chairs This Morning

Jerome Armstrong over at MyDD.com reports this morning that at the full meeting of the Democratic state party chairs and vice-chairs, they voted today to reject the recommendation of the majority of the Executive Committee yesterday and to endorse Howard Dean over Donnie Fowler for chair of the DNC.
