Scott McClellan said that Bush's budget was only funding programs that work: We must spend taxpayer dollars wisely and focus those dollars on programs that work. Gee, that's funny. I'd like to see how the abstinence-only program is reducing teen pregnancy. And why the obscenely expensive missile defense program is still being funded. Only in bizarro land.
