Italy this morning basically said that the Bush Administration and the Pentagon are lying about the attack upon an Italian journalist and her Secret Service rescuer. It was, according to the Italians, the fault of our troops' "stress" and "inexperience", which is codespeak for "their superiors screwed up but we can't bring ourselves to come out and say that."
