Arnie Hammered with Terrible Polling Numbers

Arnold Schwarzenegger is now one of the most unpopular governors in the State’s history.

There are a lot of lessons to be learned here in the fiery descent of this stretched steroid recall abomination, but the most important to me is how unions, nurses, teachers, cops and firefighters fought like hell, the polls, conventional wisdom and apathy be damned.

They ignored it all, fought like hell and are taking Arnie down. It’s a lesson the Democratic party in DC ought to have learned a long, long time ago: fight for the principles you believe in, people will follow, and the truth will become clear. Trying to accommodate thugs and felons only hurts the country, disgusts voters and ultimately makes you losers anyway.
