One thing that Mark Schmitt learned about filibustering is that it's hard to write a good narrative to fill all that time debating things on the floor.

With that in mind, I would write to your senators and tell them that if the time comes to put a filibustering hurt on O'Connor's (and maybe Rehnquist's) replacement, their debate time should be spent discussing this administration's cavalier attitudes toward the law. The script practically writes itself.
