Yup, this is George W. Bush’s Iraq, where the Shiite militia of the Badr Organization can depose the mayor of Baghdad and have him replaced with a member of the Shiite militia in a coup d'état carried out by over a hundred armed men. It happens right under the noses of the Prime Minister and our military and nothing is done about it.
