OK conspiracy theorists, weigh in on this one: why would the Pentagon at the tail end of the Clinton presidency use a secret military unit to track and develop hard intelligence on Mohammed Atta and three other members of a domestic Al Qaeda cell, and then not share that information with either the FBI or CIA?
