What do you bet that Bush is *pissed off* that he couldn't put Reagan's papers under a seal of secrecy? Too bad that Robert's papers were covered by rules that couldn't be changed by Bush when he (and Abu Gonzales) set new rules about the President's power to keep previous Presidents' paper secret so they could lock them away for decades. And, boy, are the faces red at the White House realizing what a sizeable paper trail was in those Reagan era papers. Guess they have some more homework to do now.
