Federal Judge Wants Bush Administration To Reveal Exactly Why They Are Fighting The Release Of More Abu Ghraib Photos

The federal judge hearing the Bush Administration's argument against releasing more Abu Ghraib photos yesterday said he wants the administration's arguments made public as to why national security would be threatened, and feels the photos should be released for the sake of accountability. He has set an August 30th hearing date to hear the administration's claims why the photos should not be made public.
