This is how the Bush White House Responds

by Duckman GR

Their best strategists, well, the Criminal Plame Outing Gang who ought to be shoveling debris and taking proper care of the dead in LA and MS, are running the White House response. They are politicizing the response to the criticism of BushCo to Katrina.

Get this straight, this is what they spend their resources on, despite protestations up and down the gop ranks, "We will have time to go back and do an after-action report, but the time right now is to look at what the enormous tasks ahead are," Michael Chertoff said.

White House Enacts a Plan to Ease Political Damage

Under the command of President Bush's two senior political advisers, the White House rolled out a plan this weekend to contain the political damage from the administration's response to Hurricane Katrina.

Well, at least they have a plan for something, right?

And as usual, it's a political plan. Blame the Democrats, blame somebody else, blame anybody but themselves.

These officials said that Mr. Bush and his political aides rapidly changed course in what they acknowledged was a belated realization of the situation's political ramifications. As is common when this White House confronts a serious problem, management was quickly taken over by Mr. Rove and a group of associates including Mr. Bartlett. Neither man responded to requests for comment.

I well and truly hate these people, if people they are, and I truly wish it were otherwise, but really, what else can you think? Everyday, as innocent people were dying in New Orleans, these things were telling everybody they saw that we mustn't politicize this situation. Yet what were they doing? Putting that soulless troll rove in charge of politicizing the situation by attacking Democrats.

Sorry for the language Blog Lord, but these fuckers have got to pay for this.
