Another Example Where It Must Be The Fault Of State Officials

As our resident trolls continue with their talking points that the fault with the Katrina response lay primarily with local officials and not their cherished leader in Washington, we see another case where FEMA is apparently blameless and a state official is dropping the ball.

In Houston, local officials complained that FEMA's computer system kept crashing. In Ocean Springs, Miss., officials started turning people away from a FEMA disaster recovery center three hours before closing time, saying they were overwhelmed.
"There is so much chaos and dysfunction going on with the federal government that Dallas can't wait any longer for federal help," said Mayor Laura Miller of Dallas.

See, just another two examples of FEMA doing its job and Democratic governors dropping the ball, and…oh, wait....
