Harriet Miers' articles

by eriposte

The University of Michigan has helpfully published PDF versions (scanned) of copies of Harriet Miers' writings [via Jim Lindgren at Volokh Conspiracy]. A cursory look at 2 or 3 articles shows her interest (at least in the early 1990s) in making the justice system more accessible and fair to all.

Anyway, to those of you who want to read more about her views, here is the link. I hope I will be able to take a more careful look at them in the next week. If you find anything noteworthy, please mention it in the comments.
