Scooter Indicted On Five Charges - Resigns

Scooter has been indicted on five charges, including obstruction, perjury, and filing a false statement.

You can read the indictment here. When you read the indictment, it is hard to see Libby acting as a free agent here.

Update: Libby has submitted his resignation.

Update #2: Here is Fitzgerald's statement to the press, with a press conference to follow. Note that Fitzgerald seems to indicate that the current grand jury will expire today.
