Here in the Inland Empire, the locals seem very motivated to vote.
According to the poll worker at my precinct, about 400 people had voted as of 5pm. What makes this significant is that he says the average turnout for an off-year election of this sort is only about 175.
If this trend holds out, Arnold is going down to defeat in flames.
