DeLay Will Face Money-Laundering Charges In Texas

Tom DeLay's hopes of reclaiming his Majority Leader position were dashed this afternoon when the Texas judge DeLay was counting on to dismiss all charges against him, instead only dismissed the conspiracy charges, leaving intact the money-laundering charges against DeLay and his associates.

As Jesse Lee says, look for the post-DeLay jockeying to begin now in what may be a real pie fight inside the House GOP.
