Was Sen. Feingold doing a Murtha? If he was, he's even more brilliant than I thought.

Feingold, defending his censure plan today on Fox News, said: "I’m amazed at Democrats, cowering with this president’s numbers so low. The administration just has to raise the specter of the war and the Democrats run and hide…too many Democrats are going to do the same thing they did in 2000 and 2004. In the face of this, they’ll say we’d better just focus on domestic issues…[Democrats shouldn’t] cower to the argument, that whatever you do, if you question administration, you’re helping the terrorists."

When's he running for President? Anyway, as Jane says, please call your Senator and ask them to support Sen. Feingold because this is about the law and about patriotism. It is deeply unpatriotic to allow the President of the United States to keep breaking the law without holding him accountable. Allowing this to continue sends the wrong signal to dictators and fundamentalists everywhere that they can break the laws of their country any way they want.

Moreover, as Chris Bowers rightly points out:

News Organizations Should Commission Censure Polls Now

Bowers also links to Mystery Pollster who suggests some questions the media could ask.

And, whose side is Sen. Wayne Allard (R-Super Duper Hypocrite) on?
