Free Speech: It's your Constitutionally-guaranteed right, so use it!

What's with Arlen Spector? He's ear-deep in the midst of two hot topics this week - the indentured-servitude bill and the censure debate. Will he live down to our expectations and kaibosh any attempt to stray from the royal edicts, or is there, deep down, a conscience struggling to break free? Or, is he immune from having a conscience, since he was such a good minion during the Warren Commission Whitewasher hearings?
