Well, Smiling Jack will be doing at least 5 years, 10 months for his fraud plea deal in the SunCruz casino scam, and that was the minimum he could have received. He'll have to sing a lot in any plea deal on his tribal fraud and congressional corruption indictments to keep from racking up any more significant jail time.
