Patrick Fitzgerald indicated late Wednesday that he may call Shooter as a government witness against Scooter. The AP goes further Wednesday night and says that Fitzgerald will seemingly tie Libby's actions to Shooter's directions. Sounds to me like grounds for an eventual unindicted co-conspirator collar for Shooter.

And if that isn't enough to make your Thursday, did Abramoff give enough to the DOJ investigators to take down Denny Hastert? There will be plenty more FBI agents available to chase down dirty pols and judges.
