What Is The Real Event Going On?

This morning, there was a report of gunfire in the garage of the Rayburn House Office Building, which prompted a lockdown of the Capitol complex and search of the Rayburn Building. All occupants were required to remain behind closed office doors by Capitol police with drawn guns. The Capitol itself was reopened, but the Rayburn Building remains closed.

I smell a rat. Just what kind of a psy-op or distraction is underway?
