Supreme Court Post Lost Recovered - My Apologies

Folks, for some unexplained reason, the earlier post from this morning on the Supreme Court's Guantanamo decision has been was truncated and lost. I have taken it off the main page, as I will be unable to reconstruct it from memory. Again, I am sorry and do not know what happened.
