America has become the land of the Haves and the Havemores - and the rest of us. How does a country survive when the Toppers take all the good things for themselves, leaving nothing but crumbs over which the rest of us fight to survive? Based on the historic examples of 1789 France and 1917 Russia, no nation can long survive under these selfish conditions. But what is to be done? What can be done?
