Read the transcript of a sandbagging attempt by Fox's Chris Wallace on Bill Clinton that went awry. Wallace was taping an interview with Clinton for his Sunday show when contrary to what Clinton was told Wallace wanted to talk about, Little Britches changed course and tried to turn the interview into a "blame Clinton for 9/11" smear.
