Going from Pessimism to Realism

Pessimist has begun publishing a regular column at BlogCritics.org under the name of Realist. BlogCritics.org provides him a forum for not only his political commentary but also is a great place to cover his interest in and insight into the popular culture. This weekend he's published a music critique on Kakistocracy and a couple of opeds: Speaking Loudly -- and Carrying a Very Big Stick and With Bin Laden Dead Who'll Be The Next Terror Bogeyman?.

As part of this move, he's set up a new personal blog, American Realistan which reflects his move from being the Pessimist to becoming the Realist.
