Open Thread - It's All About Iraq Edition
The New York Times runs the results of their latest poll with CBS News in Thursday’s paper, which shows that voters now give the Democrats an 18-point advantage among likely voters over GOP candidates on the ballot, the largest margin in this poll since 2004. The poll’s findings make it clear that this election next week is all about Iraq, which means that Karl Rove has failed, and makes it even more suspect that Bush chose today to express his unwavering support for the two architects of this country’s failure in Iraq. His support for Rumsfeld and Cheney will factor more in the remaining days of this campaign than the misdirection attempt with Kerry.
