"Guns And Butter" Debate Will Start Early

The USA Today reported late last night that the Pentagon is considering asking for another $127-160 billion in Fiscal 2007 for Iraq and Afghanistan, on top of the $70 billion they have already received. Congressional Republicans apparently are not surprised at this figure.

Well, that tax cut debate is upon us already, isn’t it?
