Foley Findings: House GOP Leadership Endangered Teenage Pages

The House Ethics Committee released its report on how the GOP leadership handled the Mark Foley case today, and not surprisingly, the committee found that no ethics rules were broken, which is patently false. This is not surprising from the GOP leadership, since there was no real oversight in the first place. But the final report states that Denny Hastert and the GOP leadership were wilfully ignorant of Foley's behavior and endangered the teenage pages through their negligence.

If I were Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer, I would use this on the GOP leadership next year whenever necessary. If you are wilfully ignorant of such behavior and were negligent to this degree in protecting minors under your care, isn't that grounds for removal from Congress?
