Libby Juror Tossed

The lone Libby juror who didn't participate with the other 11 jurors in the "T-shirt incident" has been tossed off the jury this morning as a result of improper exposure to the media over the weekend. Rather than replace her with an alternate and start the deliberations all over again, Judge Reggie Walton agreed with the defense to go with only 11 jurors at this time. Wells might believe that the first alternate would have been hostile to the defense.
