White House Asserts Privilege In Breaking The Law

I'm dying to see how this plays out. The White House is telling the RNC not to turn over any emails to Congress on the attorney sackings. They claim with a straight face that nongovernmental email accounts used by White House staff to avoid the Presidential Records Act requirements are covered by executive privilege. Which means they want to force a court challenge on this.
