Scooter's sentencing hearing is underway at this hour. His defense team is asking for no jail time, and Patrick Fitzgerald is asking for something between 2.5 and 3 years.

Give us your prediction of what you think Judge Reggie Walton will do. And if he sentences Scooter to any time, do you think he will let him stay out on appeal, or require him to start serving his time now?
