Griles Gets 10 Months

J. Steven Griles, the industry lobbyist who was Gale Norton’s Number Two at the Department of Interior and who carried water for Jack Abramoff, was sentenced to ten months in prison today for lying to Congress. Perhaps he can tell us what was really discussed during his time as Interior’s representative on the Cheney Energy Task Force.

But I doubt it. The feds went easy on Griles in sentencing for a reason.
