61% Want War Funding Tied To Timeline

61% of those polled in the latest CBS News/New York Times poll say that Congress should approve additional war funding only if it is tied to a withdrawal timeline. Twenty-eight percent say they would allow unrestricted funding, and only 8% would block all war funding. Harry Reid needs to keep this finding fresh in his mind in the coming weeks.
