Hurricane Dean has made landfall on the Yucatan Coast and is expected to travel across the peninsula and out to the gulf where it will gather more strength before crashing back into Mexico at the Bay of Campeche. If it survives as a hurricane crossing the peninsula, it will be one of three hurricanes that have ever done that since we've started tracking hurricanes. Our thoughts are with the people living in Playa de Carmen, Cancun, Merida, and throughout the Yucatan peninsula. You can track this year's hurricanes following Dr. Jeff Master's blog.

What are you tracking today?
