Militias Control Iraqi Electricity

by Steve

And we think we will be able to get the Iraqi electrical grid to work again? Sure.

It's a myth that the central government in the Green Zone has any influence at all on the country. It doesn't, yet the entire Bush strategy is built on the assumption that it does. Besides, the Iraqis say it will be another 3-4 years before they can provide electricity to their residents 24 hours a day, and yet they also say we can take a hike and they'll get other friends.

Sounds good to me.
