Corporate Lobbyists and Trial Lawyers

Question: how can John Edwards take a strong stand against "corporate Democrats" who accept donations from lobbyists while he himself has been accepting donations from trial lawyer groups -- and from organize labor?

Doesn't this make him a hypocrite?
