Democrats To Cave - Once Again - On FISA

It appears that House and Senate Democrats will once again talk a good game and then cave in, this time on the FISA rewrite so that they can focus for a battle on SCHIP. As political strategy for a party playing the long game of winning larger margins in 2008 it makes sense. But there's no courage in our congressional leadership or even our presidential candidates when they shrink from fighting for the Bill of Rights out of political convenience.
