Afraid of Mr. 24%?
by Steve Soto
If Bush's approval rating according to a new Zogby telephone poll of likely voters has now fallen to a Nixonian 24% in the aftermath of his SCHIP veto, and if congressional approval is stuck at 11% after failing to force a confrontation over the war and anything else, what can the Democrats lose from having the showdown over war funding, FISA, and SCHIP?
Maybe Nancy has seen this as well.
