Scott Horton reviews Less Safe, Less Free: Why America is Losing the War on Terror and finds that just like in Philip Dick's Minority Report, we are trapped by a government that applies a preventative model that not only damages our concept of rule of law, but is seriously flawed. The review is well worth reading and I suspect the book is as well.
