The Double-Talk Express

In his continuing effort to prove he knows nothing about anything, John McCain provided a little double-talk to CNN, about his opinion of Moqtada al-Sadr's influence in Iraq.

Two weeks ago:

His [Sadr’s] influence has been on the wane for a long time.

But when reality intruded on McCain's delusion, he not only changed his story, he changed the story about his story! From an interview, yesterday:

I said he was still major player and his influence is going to have to be reduced and gradually eliminated.
