So what kind of crimes and misdemeanors would be sufficient to start impeachment proceedings? It's too bad Democrats haven't figured out that making a mockery of the rule of law is unconstitutional. I guess if the Bush NSA brought a "detainee" into the White House and practiced their fancy "harsh interrogation" methods until that person died, it would still not be an impeachable offense. What do you think the founding fathers would think about this theory?
