What's up with the OpEd pages these days? The New York Times recently filled in their columnists with right-wing hack, Bill Kristol, showing the world that their selection of David Brooks was not just an innocent faux pas. And the LA Times slots in Johan Goldberg to fill out their "not-liberal" credentials.
Yet this week, we find that perhaps the filling of OpEd pages of papers with conservatives is not the whole story.
Indeed, the venerable Wall Street Journal, with an OpEd page just right to Attila the Hun has just signed on Tom Frank, the iconoclastic liberal free-thinker, founding editor of The Baffler, and author of What's the Matter With Kansas and One Market Under God, for a weekly column. Nothing shows better that the pendulum has started to swing back.
Your turn now.
