Quick Hits - War On, Dude!

Some short but significant items this afternoon:

Bush and Cheney have everything lined up their way for a strike against Iran now that their “yes” man has been elevated to CENTCOM. Supposedly Harry Reid may make it difficult for him, but does anyone believe that Carl Levin won’t roll out the “welcome” mat for Petraeus?

Remember how well that Medicare Part D benefit was supposed to be working to help the elderly pay for their medicines? Forget it. The sickest seniors still cannot pay for their medicines. But I’m sure the drug companies are thankful.

Hillary’s fundraising has spiked upward since last night, with a possible $10 million in new money from thousands of new donors just in the last 24 hours.

John McCain is against equal pay for women because he’s afraid of lawsuits from the corporate buddies and their lobbyists who make up his campaign staff.
