I’m sorry to be so dire and down on our people last two days.  Clinton or Obama is going to win the Presidency, that is an implacable fact, and I desperately want our candidates to be better liberals, the country needs it.

It is possible to dwell on this too much, however, despite all the urgency, so I’m not going to write on politics today and instead post another of my life’s passions, my roses.

Please stay well, gentle people.  I’m in the yard and the kitchen all day, looking forward to Darcy Burner as a liberal Senator in 2009.
