Well. It turns out that my Dad was right. He always said I could become President of the United States even though I was born outside the United States. It turns out that I was born after Congress legislated that children of Americans abroad would be treated as if they were born on American soil. And I have a document that specifically names me a citizen of the United States at birth by way of my US parents.

But, it turns out this law was not in effect when John McCain was born in Panama. The laws when he was born did not recognize him as a native born citizen. Is he really eligible to run for President?

Maybe we should take the question to the Supreme Court.

What else is on your mind?
