Nine American Soldiers Killed In Afghanistan

Bush's other failure reared its head today.

A multi-pronged militant assault on a small, remote U.S. base killed nine American soldiers and wounded 15 Sunday in the deadliest attack on U.S. forces in Afghanistan in three years, officials said.

While Bush and McCain have told us that Iraq is the greatest threat to our national security, it has been their negligence in Afghanistan and Bush's handover of the tribal areas to the Taliban and Al Qaeda that has led to these deaths.
